This month, we have appointed experienced senior industry professional, Gary Lewis, as Head of Business Development for Oils and Fats.
Gary joined KTC in November, and will be responsible for delivering an ambitious growth strategy, as we look to enhance and cement our position across the UK food industry.
With three decades of experience in edible oils and fats, Gary has spent his career working for leading refineries, distributors and manufacturers across the UK, including Cargill, Nortech Foods and New Britain Oils. He joins KTC from Silbury, where he spent 8 years as Director of Oils and Fats.

The appointment is part of an ongoing expansion programme for KTC, with the company continuously investing to accelerate the growth of its oils, fats and world food division, both in the UK and overseas.

Gary is the current Vice President and a two-time former President and Chairman of NEODA – The National Edible Oil Distributor’s Association. A pioneer of quality standards, sustainability and codes of practice across the industry, he has been an integral part of the efforts to protect and promote the production of high quality oils and fats across the UK.
Founded in 1972, KTC Edibles employs more than 275 people across two UK sites in Wednesbury and Liverpool. The company supplies more than 250m litres of cooking oils to customers of all sizes across the UK food industry each year.
